Conduct Guidelines

Mama Killa World (MKW)
Scope: spiritual/educational & wellness activities (non-medical)
Last updated: 17/10/2025

These Conduct Guidelines protect everyone’s safety, dignity, and privacy. By booking with MKW, you agree to follow these rules in addition to Health & Safety, the Preparation Guide, and the Informed Consent.

1) Core Principles

  • Respect & dignity: kindness, patience, and non-judgment at all times.

  • Consent & boundaries: ask before touching; “no” is complete. Body autonomy is always honored.

  • Confidentiality: what is shared in circle stays in the circle (see §9).

  • Safety first: follow facilitator instructions; when in doubt, ask.

  • Non-medical scope: MKW does not diagnose or treat disease; our work is spiritual/educational.

2) Eligibility & Entry

  • 18+ only. We do not accept minors.

  • Sober entry: no access if intoxicated or under alcohol/recreational drugs.

  • Screening complete: entry requires a truthful Health Questionnaire, signed Informed Consent, and any required Addendum (e.g., Kambô).

  • Preparation complied: you must follow the Preparation (purification) diet and abstinence for your practice/medicine.

  • Right to admission: MKW may postpone, pause, or decline participation for safety/compliance reasons.

3) Substance Policy

  • No alcohol or recreational drugs on site or during any MKW activity.

  • Do not bring, share, sell, request, or consume controlled substances.

  • Prescription meds: take only as prescribed; disclose relevant info in the questionnaire.

4) Touch, Space & Physical Safety

  • Ask first: hugs, supportive touch, or adjustments require explicit consent every time.

  • Facilitator touch: minimal, supportive, consent-based (e.g., grounding hand on shoulder). You may opt out at any time.

  • Personal space: keep pathways clear; manage mats, blankets, buckets responsibly.

  • Injury prevention: tell staff immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, in pain, or unwell.

5) Sexual Boundaries & Relationships

  • No sexual activity or sexualized behavior at events (including suggestive comments/innuendo).

  • No facilitator–participant intimacy during an event or its integration window.

  • Respect everyone’s comfort with clothing and body privacy (e.g., changing, ice-bath attire).

6) Inclusivity, Anti-Harassment & Accessibility

  • We welcome all genders, orientations, cultures, and abilities.

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or intimidation.

  • Accessibility: tell us in advance if you need support; we will try to accommodate within safety limits.

7) Devices, Media & Silence

  • Phones on silent and out of sight during sessions; no calls inside the circle.

  • No recording or photography of others without written permission.

  • Retreats may include quiet hours; respect silence blocks and integration times.

8) Venue Care, Nature & Hygiene

  • Follow venue rules (parking, fire safety, kitchen use, quiet hours).

  • Keep spaces clean; dispose of tissues/cups properly; use designated purge containers.

  • No smoking/vaping indoors; use marked outdoor areas only.

  • Pets are not allowed (service animals: contact us in advance).

9) Confidentiality & Sharing

  • Circle confidentiality: do not repeat others’ stories or identifiable details outside the group.

  • You may share your own experience; do not identify or speak for others.

  • Group photos/testimonials require written consent from everyone pictured and from MKW.

10) Communication & Group Care

  • Speak from the “I” perspective; listen without interrupting.

  • No diagnosing, medical advice, or unsolicited coaching.

  • If emotions rise, request a pause or step outside with a facilitator.

11) Illness & Contagion

  • Do not attend if you have fever, active infection, persistent cough, vomiting, or diarrhea.

  • Inform us ASAP to discuss rescheduling (see Booking & Refunds).

  • On site, we may ask you to mask up or leave if symptoms appear.

12) Emergencies & Incident Response

  • Follow facilitator instructions immediately in any emergency.

  • MKW may pause/stop activities, provide first aid, and call medical services as needed.

  • Report incidents to staff as soon as possible; we keep an internal log and provide aftercare guidance.

13) Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • Weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon.

  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or targeted insults.

  • Property damage or theft.

  • Pressuring others to take substances or disclose personal information.

  • Distributing promotional materials without MKW approval.

14) Ceremony Etiquette (applies to all practices)

  • Arrive on time and prepared per your Preparation Guide (diet/abstinence).

  • Respect the flow: opening → intention → practice → integration → closing.

  • Keep aisles clear; stay at your assigned spot; return borrowed items.

  • Use restrooms mindfully; notify staff if you feel unwell.

15) Violations & Consequences

  • Verbal reminder and coaching on the guideline.

  • Formal warning and/or temporary removal from the space.

  • Expulsion from the event without refund if safety is compromised.

  • Future restrictions: we may deny attendance at future events.

  • Damages: you may be charged for repair/cleaning where applicable.

16) Grievances & Feedback

  • Bring concerns to a facilitator during the event when possible.

  • After the event, contact us within 7 days with details (date, event, description, names optional).

  • We’ll review in good faith and reply with next steps.

17) Data, Privacy & Non-Medical Scope (reminder)

  • We safeguard your personal information as described in Health & Safety (Privacy).

  • MKW’s work is spiritual/educational and does not replace medical or psychological care.

  • Practitioners and staff do not provide diagnoses, treatments, or medication advice.
