Mama Killa World (MKW)
Scope: spiritual/educational and wellness activities (non-medical).
Last updated: 15/10/2025

1) Nature and Scope of Service

  • MKW facilitates spiritual/educational practices and spaces: circles, meditation, breathwork, chants/sound, non-controlled herbal baths, ice bath, educational integration, and other cultural practices.

  • We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric care; we do not diagnose or treat diseases; we do not advise starting, stopping, or modifying medication.

  • Our practices may coexist as personal/spiritual support alongside your professional care; they do not replace it. For any doubts or health changes, consult your physician.

2) Safety & Care Principles

  • Precaution & clarity: we prevent, explain limits, and pause when needed.

  • Informed autonomy: you freely choose to participate; we provide clear written information before each practice.

  • Confidentiality & respect: we protect your privacy and the group’s.

  • Continuous improvement: we review protocols, incidents, and lessons learned to elevate standards.

3) Participant Eligibility

For any activity:

  • Be 18+ and able to understand instructions.

  • Complete the Health Questionnaire and sign the Informed Consent.

  • Commit to sobriety, group respect, and compliance with the corresponding preparation guide.

  • MKW reserves the right of admission if we identify personal or group safety risks.

4) Preparation, Sobriety & Purification Diet

Each practice or medicine at MKW has its own purification process.

  • The duration and details of the diet vary by practice/medicine; in some cases up to one week (or more) may be required.

  • The diet may include abstinence from alcohol and recreational drugs, as well as avoiding foods/substances that could interact adversely with the medicine or hinder the process (e.g., very heavy meals, certain stimulants).

  • We will provide a Practice-Specific Preparation Guide (before/during/after). Participation is subject to following these instructions.

  • We recommend arriving well-rested, responsibly hydrated, and respecting the timelines indicated.

Participant Commitment: by registering, you confirm you will read and follow the Preparation Guide for your chosen practice/medicine.

5) Health Questionnaire, Consent & Addenda

Before participating:

  1. Health Questionnaire: truthful and complete self-declaration (conditions, medications, allergies, surgeries, pregnancy/breastfeeding, etc.).

  2. Informed Consent: explains risks, possible benefits (not guaranteed), alternatives, right to withdraw, and service limits.

  3. Higher-risk addenda: certain practices (e.g., Kambô) require a specific Addendum with additional instructions (fasting, guided hydration, monitoring, red flags).

  4. Brief interview (when applicable): to clarify questions and confirm eligibility.

6) Contraindications & Safety Criteria

These lists are preventive, not exhaustive. If unsure, consult your physician and tell us in the questionnaire.
