These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MKW’s website, communications, bookings, events, retreats, circles, workshops, and 1–1 sessions (collectively, the “Services”). By booking, attending, or using our site, you agree to these Terms and to all policies referenced here.
Mama Killa World (MKW) provides spiritual/educational and wellness offerings. We do not provide medical or psychological treatment.

By accessing the site, submitting a form, messaging us, or attending an event, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must provide truthful, complete information in the Health Questionnaire and interviews, and update us of changes.
You must read and follow the Preparation Guide for your selected practice/medicine (diet, abstinence, fasting, meds, sleep, hydration).
MKW may decline, pause, or remove participation at any time for safety/compliance reasons.
MKW’s work is spiritual/educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment.
We do not guarantee outcomes. Experiences/testimonials are personal and not predictive.
Some practices (e.g., Kambô, Ayahuasca) require specific protocols, reinforced screening, and additional consent.
Ayahuasca is offered only where legally permitted with local legal guidance. MKW does not work with isolated/pure DMT. Availability varies by location and law.
No alcohol or recreational drugs per Sobriety Policy.
Follow Conduct Guidelines (consent, boundaries, confidentiality).
Weapons, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
Bookings are handled via the official channel(s) shown on our site.
Deposits, balances, rebooking options, credits, and refunds follow Booking & Refunds.
Gift Cards & Credits: see the dedicated policy (validity, transfer, no cash-out except where required by law).
MKW may modify schedules or venues for safety or operational reasons; options will follow Booking & Refunds.
Media capture and testimonials follow Media & Privacy (consent system: Green/Yellow/Red; takedowns; no recording during deep practices).
Personal data is handled under Data & Cookies and Health & Safety – Privacy (purpose, legal basis, retention, rights).
Site content, guides, checklists, logos, and materials are protected. Personal use only unless otherwise permitted.

We aim for reasonable accommodations consistent with group safety and practice integrity.
Some supports may not be feasible in certain venues or practices. See Accessibility & Inclusion.
You understand that wellness and ceremonial practices can involve physical and emotional intensity, and risks (e.g., dizziness, nausea, purging, emotional discomfort).
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the practice(s) you choose, including those arising from your health status or non-disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless MKW, its owners, staff, facilitators, contractors, and venue partners from claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except where caused by MKW’s willful misconduct or fraud.
Services are provided “as is” for informational/educational purposes.
MKW makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKW’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event/service giving rise to the claim.
MKW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and defend MKW against claims, damages, costs, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your breach of these Terms or policies;
your violation of law or third-party rights;
your inaccurate or incomplete disclosures in screening/consents.
MKW may change or cancel events due to weather, venue issues, safety, public health, legal changes, travel disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Your options (rescheduling/credit/refund where applicable) follow Booking & Refunds.
External links and embedded tools have their own terms/policies. MKW is not responsible for third-party sites or outages.
By contacting us, you authorize MKW to message you about your booking and relevant updates via email and WhatsApp/SMS. Opt-out instructions are provided where applicable.
We encourage dialogue. See Complaints & Feedback for how to contact us, timelines, and process.
No retaliation for good-faith reports.
We will seek an amicable resolution first.
Unless mandatory rules require otherwise, disputes relating to an event follow the law and courts of the event location; website-only matters may follow the operator’s jurisdiction.
You agree to bring claims individually (no class/collective actions) to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
MKW’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights without MKW’s consent; MKW may assign as part of operations or reorganization.
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or safety changes. The current version is posted on our site, with the “Last updated” date.
